Due to ongoing construction and the impact of two back-to-back hurricanes, the developer has not yet confirmed a specific grand opening date. While they had initially planned to complete construction and open by the end of this year, that is no longer feasible due to these unforeseen delays. However, we have recently received an updated expected opening timeframe of late February to early March.

Since construction timelines can change frequently, and Landstar Management is not directly involved in the construction process, our role is limited to sharing the updates as they are provided to us. We are committed to updating owners as information is made available.

Insurance:

 Insurance will not be required until the resort is open.  

Updates and Developer Information:

Your sales representative is your best point of contact for construction updates and developer information. You can also visit this website for updates periodically.

Sod on the western section of the resort is almost complete and major progress is being made. More details to come soon!

More pads are going down on the eastern section of the development. We continue progressing in and around the weather. There have been some delays do to drying out the site so the larger equipment can work on the site. Please bear with us as we battle the elements. As of now, we are slightly off schedule and hope to have enough dry days to recover that time over the next few weeks. We will keep you posted with more updates and progress as we can!

• Playground set will be complete next week. 
• Another 50 rv pads poured. 
• All utilities in on the eastern sites. 
• Check in office and the bathhouse will be complete end of the month. 
• Bass are growing bigger in our lakes daily!

The western half of the resort utilities are completed. We are now beginning to pour concrete pads in that section. The main sidewalk from entry to clubhouse is being installed and almost complete. All of our resort building are finished with painting. The cabinets are almost complete and the flooring is being installed. The restroom and shower suites are well underway. We are moving along well when the weather is not on top of us! We will have more updates to share in a few weeks as more progress is complete.

We are working away at finishing the resort. Our turn in lanes are now completed. The clubhouse hardy siding, stonework, and painting are almost finished as well. Stay tuned for more updates soon!
